What we collect
When you book, we keep your name, email address, phone number if you give one, any notes you add, and the service, date and time you chose. Nothing else: you don’t pay online and we never see a card.
What we use it for
To hold your appointment, send you a confirmation and a link to cancel, and reach you if the salon needs to change something. We don’t sell your details, use them for advertising, or send marketing.
Who handles it
Shree Threading and Spa is responsible for your booking. The site is run for the salon by GoldenDoko LLC (NepaliDev Studio): bookings are stored in Supabase, emails are sent through Resend, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. They process your details only to run the booking system.
How long we keep it
As long as the salon needs it for your appointments and its records.
Children
Online booking is for adults 18 and over; a parent or guardian books for anyone younger. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we delete it if we learn we have.
